Who it is for

General managers, revenue leads, and ownership groups who need a clear read on how a single property is performing across rooms and selected outlets.

What you receive

A concise performance brief that names where demand is soft, where rate leaves money on the table, and which guest segments carry the house — plus a facilitated session to walk the findings with your team.

Included

  • Intake call covering property layout, room inventory, and current reporting habits
  • Review of occupancy, average daily rate, and length-of-stay patterns for an agreed period
  • Comparison against the property’s own prior seasons, not generic market averages alone
  • Written performance brief with annotated charts and plain-language findings
  • One 90-minute working session with your leadership team

Not included

  • Ongoing daily revenue management or rate-setting on your behalf
  • Software licences or dashboard subscriptions
  • Mystery shopping or guest satisfaction surveys

How the engagement runs

  1. Share access to the reports and extracts you already use — PMS summaries, rate calendars, and outlet covers where relevant.
  2. We map the property’s calendar: high season, shoulder weeks, group blocks, and known events.
  3. Findings are drafted into a brief you can circulate to owners or regional directors.
  4. We meet to walk the brief, answer questions, and note follow-up actions you choose to own.

Preparation

Have twelve months of daily or weekly occupancy and rate figures ready, plus a short note on major renovations, closures, or group contracts that changed the picture.

Constraints

We work from your existing extracts and reports. We do not install new systems or take over booking decisions.

Next step

Request a review for a named property via the contact form, noting the property type and the period you want examined.
