About
A practice built around hotel books, not abstract charts
Datamatrixbase Co., Ltd. has worked with hotel and resort groups in Thailand since 2018, reading occupancy, rate, and outlet records the way commercial teams actually use them.
Official name & history
The official registered business name is Datamatrixbase Co., Ltd. The company was established in 2018 in Ko Samui, Surat Thani, after several seasons advising ownership groups who struggled to reconcile board packs with what general managers felt on the floor.
Early engagements focused on villa resorts along the north and east coasts of Samui. Word of mouth carried the work to multi-property groups that needed shared definitions before they could compare houses fairly. Today the practice still operates from Tumbol Bophut Amphoe, with remote delivery for mainland clusters and occasional on-site weeks when outlet walks matter.
How we approach the work
We begin with the extracts you already trust — or the ones you argue about. Definitions come first. Charts come second. Every brief names what the records can support and where they fall short.
Hospitality analytics here means rooms calendars, shoulder weeks, guest mix, and outlet covers. It does not mean installing a new system or taking over your rate calendar.

Values
What we refuse to paper over
- Uneven definitions across properties in the same group
- Monthly averages that hide hollow midweeks
- Outlet claims that cannot be tied back to available records
- Briefs that end without a decision the client can own
