Fees reflect property count, how cleanly extracts can be shared, and whether on-site days are required. Figures below are starting points in Thai baht; complex groups receive a written estimate.

What changes the estimate
- Number of properties and whether inventories differ sharply (villas versus standard rooms)
- Whether outlet analysis is included alongside rooms
- Travel days for on-site walks outside Ko Samui
- Rush timing ahead of a board meeting or rate-calendar lock
How billing works
Most engagements begin with a written scope and a deposit of 40% to reserve the kickoff week. The balance is due on delivery of the final brief. Seasonal briefings are often invoiced in full on acceptance of the scope.
